Welcome to the 2025 golf weekend web page. There is a maximum of 20 attendees for this event open to members and friends of St Stephen’s GS.

Costs:

Single room £435.00pp, twins £355.00pp. There may also be a £20 cash payment for prizes.

Refund (C = Credit)
The leadership team has managed to secure a part refund (service level complaint) from last years trip to Wensum Valley, see (C = credit £27.40) below. The credit will be issues as:

  1. £25.00 prize pot
  2. £2.00 overall winner sweep stake
  3. 40p table service

Following the recent survey, the leadership team have chosen Stoke by Nayland Golf Resort for 2025.

*GolfBreaks refund statement:
Due to the GolfBreaks errors at Wensum (Aug 24) the leadership team applied for compensation and received £200 account credit** and £540 cash refund. This money will be assigned in the near future to either reduced fees or event awards.

GolfBreaks deposit/payments/refunds statement

  • Up until the £35 a head deposit is paid per person this is refundable.
  • Once the £35 a head deposit has been paid this is then non refundable.
  • Anything within a month of travel is then at the venues discretion whether you lose more than just the deposit.
