A perfect day on a very well maintained Etchinghill GC sadly did not reflect in the scores as members struggled with wet conditions (due to recent heavy rain).
Taking everything in his stride and claiming pole position after last months frustrating 2nd place; Gareth Venables with 36pts, closely followed by John Knight 35pts pipping Paul Sequenza on countback for 2nd place.
In the KO cup semi final Bob McDougal beat Kingsley Williams 4 and 3 and will play Mick Bevan in the final next month.
Spot prize winners for nearest the pin went to Ian Horsham, Sean Rutt and Bob McDougal. Longest drive was smashed by Kevin Mullins.
2’s Club was shared between Bob McDougal and Paul Sequenza, the Sweep Stake went to Ricky Woolley for picking the winner.
